Will I receive my tickets in the mail?

At the time of purchase you will receive an email confirmation, which contains conference information and a confirmation number.

What is seating like?

First come first serve seating. No saving seats at any time at the venue.

What items are allowed in the venue?

Still cameras are allowed, no video equipment or outside food or drink.

Is there dress attire?

Casual, come as you are!

Are meals provided at the conference?

Meals are your responsibility.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking will be free.

Do you sell tickets at the door?

Providing we are not sold out, we do offer tickets at the door on the morning of the event. Please check the individual event web page to determine whether the event is sold out or not.

Will there be childcare provided?

Childcare is not provided for this event.

Can I send a substitute in my place if I cannot attend the event?

Substitutions are allowed with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee, with contact information to¬†[email protected]
